Hacking Need help with FBI

So for the past few hours ive been having issues with installing FBI with rxTools 2.6, It installs fine to emuNAND, then when I load up the H&S app up in emuNAND nothing has changed and its the regular app.

Help?

EDIT: Also wont work when installed to SYSNAND.

Im on 4.5fw SYS and 8.1fw EMUNAND.
