ROM Hack Need help with 3DS datamine

Hi guys, nooblet here, never hacked anything yet but it's high time.

I've been waiting for Crapcom to release the OST album for MH3U and 4U for YEARS. But nope. So I need a how-to of sorts to datamine the music off of the .iso file that you can find on the internet. I have the carts but I don't want to risk bricking anything. Might try my hand at hacking my actual 3DS if everything goes smoothly.
