Hacking [Need Help/NeoGeo] RetroArch NeoGeo (1.3.6) (How change MVS to AES?)

So, its simple. After a long time trying and not running bigger games in my NEW 3DS XL using lastest NeoGeo Retroarch.
I finally found my old "RetroArch NeoGeo (1.3.6).cia" file.

Now Everything running perfectly fine. (Even lastest 1.8.2 neogeo not working for me)

With last version only small games was running. Like Sonic Wings. But no KOF 2002.
I found a useful thread talking about creating a dummy file (.7z) but kof2002 runs buggy and no sound.

I need some Help.
How can i change MVS to AES (Console) to acess menu options?
I remeber back then was a combo button when game start to change AES e MVS, but i tried everything.

And no, there is no "option" for 1.3.6 version, only after 1.4 version has option inside retroarch to change to AES.

So does anyone knows about it?
