Homebrew Need help installing devkitpro

Im trying to install devkitpro but when i use the installer and it starts downloading it says:

Your internet connection seems to not be permitted or dropped out!
Please reconnect and click Retry to resume installation.

Rerty cancel


Do I have to open a port or what. And please don't say click Reply or something sarcastic like that.

Is your firewall blocking it?
Try to turn off your firewall temporary..
