If you're lucky you will be able to recover a few files, but as long as one single file from any game is corrupted or missing, most probably the game will not boot (Maybe you will be able to extract the save with JKSaveManager even without the game not booting, at least you can try recovering the savefiles so you can inject them back after reinstalling the game). At least you are using arm9 and Updated Sysnand, this could have damaged an existing Emunand.

There's a reason why there's safety remove and why Windows won't let you extract delicate devices while still in use. Make sure to properly take care of your SD from now on.

A9LH isn't affected by this at all. Just put another arm9loaderhax.bin onto your SD card and it'll work the same as it did before.

Recover your SD and put again your arm9loaderhax.bin from luma's github. It will start, and you'll be able to see what games (if any) are still usefull. If you don't see any, format the SD. As long as you have the luma's arm9loaderhax.bin in it you'll be able to start your 3DS.

i have it and its working. i wanna know what happened to the uncart,decrypt9,emunand9 payloads and my otp.bin?

If you don't have a copy of your OTP.bin, maybe it's lost for good. You can download the payloads from the luma github.

lost for good? do i just follow preparatory work in the plailect guide luma 3ds? and i found the otb btw in my computer which i had backed up just in case.. now what?

If you have a backup of the OTP just keep it (just in case). I'm pretty sure you won't need it in your SD. If you now can start your 3DS, then it's sure starting with luma. Press select to see if this is true while pressing the power bottom starting it.

You don't need to install A9LH anymore since you already did. Just put the payloads you want. I still recomend you to make a copy of your SD for now and format it. You may have problems in a near future if you don't do it.

thats exactly what im gonna do after this. the pain after losing 30 gbs of games....

So it's now solved. Be possitive, you at least have a good 3DS with A9LH. Now you only need to reinstall the games. Have fun!
