Ok, the CPU will consume 160W on load, so 285W is a fair estimate for how much the system will need. Keep in mind that fans can consume 2-10W and drives can consume 10-25W, and I can't even remember how much wattage USB devices can consume. 400W should be enough for that build. Personally I'd prefer if it had at least 450W, but I'm the type that will fill it up with HDDs.
Just keep in mind that if you ever want to upgrade in future, 400W may not be enough. If you add a mid-ranged graphics card, you will need around 550-650W power supply.
