Hacking Need Help Deciding How & Where to get new flashcart...

I'm done trying to fix my clone cart. I had it for more than a year now and apart from random freezes here and there it's been good.
But recently it's been a great annoyance. I hasn't let me play newer games starting around late January.

Well enough of that... Here are some of the choices I had in mind.

1. Buying it online from here:

It's an online shop based here in the Philippines that has good rep.
Expected delivery time 1-2 days. Only problem is they cost way much.
An Acekard 2i is like Php 1200 or roughly $28. Supercard DSTWO goes for Php 2200 or $51.

2. Buying from a Mall - that's like a 10 min walk from where I live.
Similar prices from above maybe a bit higher. I saw it on another thread that a shop there has legit Acekard 2i.

3. Buying it online from somewhere else... like Shoptemp.net maybe
Prices there cheaper... but I don't like waiting that much.

So price vs my impatience.
Any other suggestion tempers?

I buy from them all the time and honestly I live in Massachusetts America and it only takes like 2 weeks to get anything to my house.

Honestly, for the wait of over sea delivery, just buy it locally. 28 dollars isn't that much of a markup compared to most places.

I'd go with getting it sooner. $28 is not too mush for a working flash cart, I paid around that to get my Ackeard 2i from a canadian shop so I could get it in a few days.
