Hacking Need expert assistance/Suggestions :)

Hey guys , i have o3ds @4.2 and decided to leave rxtools and try luma3ds for better functionality, by following this tutorial:

Thing is, after following all steps and getting ready to install armhax via browser im getting error, browser's not working, getting comm error, wifi is good though.

Now i tried to check for possible workaround and saw this:

I have nand back up before transferring 2.1.0 image.

Problem is i dont have a game cart.
is there another way?

Should i do 9.2 transfer instead?

but it asked for Decrypt9 entry.

Well yo could try using safesysupdater to update to 9.0 and then proceed to install a9lh

What point were you stuck in, exactly? did you get to 2.1 successfully and have no browser, or was this before going down to 2.1? What is your FULL system version? 2.1.0-4U?

Try to go to the browser settings and reinitialize save data, make sure you have arm9, arm11 and the other files needed on the ROOT of the SD card.

If you did a successful CTR transfer, nothing should be blocking your browser.

my fw = 2.1.0-4U

i cant get this site to load due to browser getting communication error.

this happened right after i successfully transfer 2.1.0(ctrtransfer)

thats the only thing that keepin me installing luma.

while waiting for you guys, i tried those suggested solutions;
1. reinitialize browser/clear cookies.
2. re-add wifi connection.

i double checked twice to make sure.

again i dont have access to game cart.

only have a nand backup before 2.1.0
an r4 cart for mset entry

I had a similar issue and turned out my wifi, even though it was connected wasn't working properly so I ended up hotspotting from my phone to get it to work. I'd try that or another wifi network

well i tried changing my wifis ssid and restarted it and manually added network at 3ds and it worked.

Could always go rent a cart. That's what my friend did when he got stuck on a frankenfirm 9.2.

i did the same thing before, connect to mobile hotspot and i was able to proceed with the guide.. 2.1 firmware or 9.2 below and modern router setup somehow doesnt mix well..

I'm glad you could fix it, sometimes the 2xrsa link can be down, so try again after re enabling the wifi connection and verifying it worked correctly. I'm glad it was an easy fix for you as well.
