Hacking Need convert .wav back to .bfwav then pack to .bfsar

I want to replace the announcer voice sound in FAST Racing Neo by silent wav files, I already extracted the announcer voice in .wav format. Now what I need is convert those .wav files back to .bfwav, then repack as fx.bfsar

I used vbgm toolbox to unpack the .bfsar, and game converter to convert to .wav

If someone would help and guide me in the right direction would be appreciated
