Gaming Need a save file for resident evil 4 to bypass glitch on CH 3-4, please help!

Hello, I encoutered a glitch on CH 3-4:
After protecting Ashley from enemies and she finally got the key, the game will use Ashley as playrole, but each time after loading game, Ashley cannot move and dies instantly..
I tried continue yes, and reloading save and re-open game, but none of them work.
Can someone give me a save file which passed CH 3-4?

So I ran into a problem too in Ch 3-4. For some reason it skips the scene where you play Ashley and she finds the serpent key that you need for chapter 4-1 so I'm stuck on chapter 4-1 because I can't get the serpent piece.
