How would one put nds ROMs on luma3ds?

Install TWiLight Menu++.

• Most DS games already work.
• Newer ROMs have to be patched because of anti-piracy "features".
• Contains some emulators for older consoles (but emulators running in 3DS mode are better*)
• Can launch GBA games with GBARunner2 (although Virtual Console injections are currently the best option on the 3DS; take notice of the 300 title limit of the 3DS Home Menu)

DSiWare .nds files cannot be run on a 2/3DS at the moment via TWiLight Menu++ → install them as CIAs (downside: TWLN is a small partition; can't install many titles at once)

Where would one find CIA files for ds games and can I convert nds files to CIA files somehow.

No I already had all the nds files I was wondering about .cia files.
