Hacking nds-card.com Delivery Issues?

Hi! I'm new here, so sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.

I ordered an R4i GOLD card off of nds-card.com. I made the payment via Pay-Pal on February 4th, yet I have received no confirmation on the order. The order page on the website still says "Payment made".
Can anyone help me, please?

Yes. I sent them an e-mail after making the order, and they responded with telling me their Pay-pal e-mail.

I ordered a r4 card for my ds lite 3 days ago as a guest and no email has gotten to me about anything. Is there anyway that its just taking time to get to me?
