Gaming nds- arm7 patch

Would someone please tell me what to do after downloading the arm 7 bin patch from the website. How do I place to my R4 card so that I can play the Worm open Warfare 2 USA version. Without the arm 7, the game keeps saying cannot acess dave data....Please help!!

You're basically replacing part of the ROM before you put it on the DS.
