Hacking Naruto Shippuuden Ryuujinki problems with usb loader

This is probably due to my lack of knowledge about the japanese language but, when i load the game it gets up the point where it creates a save file for the first time. At this point the controls seem to lock up and all i can press is 1 and 2 on the wiimote. This is on the usb loader GX.

I tried changing the settings, like 002 patch and such but no luck. Any ideas.
