so I've just purchased a second hand Wii U and luckily its on 5.3.2

My question is, is it possible to backup the NAND? I want to update to 5.4 but don't want to rule out home brew when it's stable...

The 3DS and Xbox are fairly easy to backup, havnt seen much on the wii

Edit, posting from phone and its autocorrected NANDS haha

No way that is recommended for someone who doesn't have wires soldered to the board and a twinge of crazy in their eye..

Please be patient guys. Coders are a' coding, Hardware people are poking things, and it's finally happening. Just sit back and relax.

You can image your entire system. But I don't think it's 100% right now. Nothing can be done with the image, and some are reporting they are unable to do it via the card reader (think this is a chipset issue) --- I am working on some hardware issue, I hope Hykem will be able to share some of his findings with people soon, but he is tied up actually doing work.

People have school, families, and I run a business (worked yesterday 8am-11pm) -- so as much as everyone would love to work non-stop until it's laying there legs open inviting you in--- your going to have to wait, we're still at the foreplay stage..
