Hacking Nand Backup question

Hello Guys just a few days ago i installed Luma and Bootstrap on my new 3DS XL i want to make a sys nand Backup but my sd is full.

so i changed the sd copyed all the necessary files and now im making a Sys Nand Backup.

Is there any problem with the Backup, I mean i changed the SD so im i going to have any problem?

I was thinking i have too much apps so i was worried about that. so its ok then.
