Hacking N3DS GW 3.7 - eShop on 10.3 emunand

Hi,
I've just updated to 10.3 emunand on GW 3.7 and whem trying to access eshop the app called for an update? Should i accept it or there is another step necessary to get eshop working (if im not mistaken ive read somewhere to never update using eshop because it would be applied to sysnand instead).

Besides, i've transferend my NID from my O3DS to the N3DS using the emunand, is that the correct way to do it?
