Does this exist yet for the N3DS? I'm wondering because a ton of new games are coming out.

http://3ds.essh.co you can order by firmware here. There's only one jp rom that doesn't work in 9.5 nowadays...

There is no guarantee GW will be able to crack the new encryption for the N3DS. Hopefully they will but that is the major reason I am still holding on the my o3DS.
