Homebrew N3ds 9.9.026U Question

just installed reinand and for some reason it took me 12 fking hours to figure things out i ran into a lot of problems but i'm also kinda glad that i ran into them, learned a lot from all the hardships. currently playing Dbz budoten and im lovin the scanline effects of the n3ds screen

Hey i just bought a n3ds and it came with 9.9.026u fw, i have been reading around and it seems like my only options are to find a outrageously priced cubic ninja game, buy sky3ds for 87+ dollars or risk bricking the console with sysupdater and some kind of other entrypoint like browserhax or menuhax. I've tried loading the files onto the microsd card and trying the browserhax exploit but it seems the 9.9 fw is locking the browser out from working. Any step by step tutorial or video tutorial would be greatly appreciated.

What tutorial did you use for updating from 9.9 to 10.3 back down to 9.2? Also which sysupdater or safesystupdater did you use.

no bro root/updates/cia files it is lookinh for the xxxxxxxx21000.cia file inside the folder. i checked it and the file i dpwnloaded from 3dsiso site named n3ds10.3.28-u doesnt have it. ok since youre all saying that i just need to use the vanilla sysupdater then ill go for it, but iwanted to check the file intrgrity and its content and what if safesysupdater is right about my missing file

Nevermind I figured it out.

I had "an error has occurred" From DG 9.9.0-26U to 9.2.0 even after safesys said all files were safe. Took a few times to get back into hbl (had to use browserhax as oot wasnt working) stuck on HAX INIT many times until I saw my light turn red. Plugged it in, ran safesys dl'd one file and got the "reboot after ten seconds" Finally loads to main menu with sdcard in and on 9.2.

I had this issues before. Thought i bricked as same thing happened. Guess I should have plugged in my 3ds.
