Homebrew N2DS all icons in the home menu gone

Hello there,

so as the title suggests I kind of ended up deleting nearly all of the icons in my home menu, probably because I messed up with FBI where i tried to delete tickets since the update for my games wouldnt wanna work


Now firstly actually, I installed GodMode9 with FBI according to a Guide with the BannerBomb Method.

I should probably also note, that I kind of panicked and reformatted my SD Card so now I cant get into GodMode while booting...
Gladly though I created a Backup with GodMode9 during installation and saved it on my PC.

I do have the Problem though, as you might could have imagined, that I have absolutely no clue what I have to do with said Backup to get it on my DS since I cant access system settings or install any other homebrew, like GM9, again.

So I hoped that you could please maybe walk me through any possibilities that you guys might know of, that could get my system back to its original state (and please explain in detail what i would have to do since im a bloody noob sadly )
