I just got a psp felicia blue with custom firmware, but so far i have not been able to download 1 single f***ing game.

It annoys me to no end, having to download a game way to many parts, and worse, i can only download 1 part at a time, and worse of all, some links are broken.

Is it really this hard??????

Or am i just doing it wrong??

Problem solved.

PARTS?! Learn to torrent. (I realize torrenting is parts but it's all automated, so bite me.)
Anyways, if you're going to whine that piracy is taking a long time, go buy a damn game.

Started downloads when I got my PSP on Sunday, already have over 15 gigs of games.
And I haven't been downloading every day, just 3-4 days.
Currently a pack of a buncha games is almost done, which will double the gigs of games I possess.
The game I've played most is Cave Story.

Also don't be a pirate.

Teach me.
Not being a pirate is not an option

Use a popular torrent client such as uTorrent, BitTorrent, ect.
You will have to find .torrent files to open in your client, which will download the games.
GBAtemp can not help you locate these.
Torrenting takes a while to do, especially if you cannot port forward or have slow internet.
It is always downloading, as long as it's up and you're on the internet.

You could easily find an in-depth guide for torrents on Google, but it's pretty straightforward IMO.

Finding the torrents is not the problem, the problem is the download, is there a way to speed it up??

It was downloading at like .02 KB and it stopped every minute or so.

Chances are his ISP (like many others) limit packets and give them the lowest priority from programs such as Bittorrent, and even programs like Skype.

OP, I'd recommend staying on the direct downloads, even if they are in parts. Find a reliable source (Hako, etc) and get everything from there. Some Filesharing sites (e.g. Mihd) let you download more than one part, and let you use download managers. You just need to change where you're getting your files from.

I dun really like torrents as well, especially as it requires me to leave my PC on all day long to d/l stuff. D/ling multiple-parts is a hassle but nothing is perfect, right. Something's gonna give if you dun wan to pay full price for a game. I can't play so many games at a given time anyways. Even with the slow system of free d/ls, I've more games that I can play now.
