Hacking n00b @lert!! which solution for a 9yr old?

How about this. Get the kid a 512MB MicroSD (which is around $11 bucks, where I live, Toronto. It's a 512 Kingston Japan). Put it into the R4, and use tape to keep it together.

R4 all installed, the sd card was japanese, all works fine.

Update.

The R4 and 1gig card is a great combo, its so easy to use, even my wife can do it.

The rom transfers are esy, we just put them in a folder and drag em on, that way the .sav is in the folder too, so when the card is full we just drag the folder back to the hard drive.

The card coming out isnt an issue, she's 9, not 4.
