Hacking My WINRAR keeps saying my files are corrupt when i try to put CIA files in my 3ds

Try unzipping the RAR container with 7-Zip. If the CIA cannot be extracted, that means your file was either corrupted in mid-download, or the website hosts a bad dump of that game.

Try updating your WinRAR. If it's an older version it might not have support for RAR5 or the latest 7z version.
