I'm not use my modded switch for 2 weeks, and now I turn it on and I see at back cover have 3 times yellow lights. I search that error is the connect between sp1 and sp2. And I try to resolder it. Accidentally, i knock off 2 capacitor at that place. 1 on the left is loose the pad, I scratch a little bit and can solder it back. After knock off, I still can boot in ofw and its turn on 2 seconds and show error 2153 1540. I been researched on internet that 2 capacitor is 100nF,i solder that back, the error still there. I solder the the chip back and now it not boot anymore in OFW. I put the picofly back amd still 3 times yellow light. Anyone have same problem, can you show me how to fix it?

If everything was working fine before, then it is likely a bad connection in the wiring somewhere.

Note that the picofly uses long/short error codes and colors don't mean anything.

In your video it looks like short-long-long but that error code is not in use anymore.
Might the picofly have an outdated firmware version?
The old firmware error : *== No eMMC CMD1 request

With a multimeter in diode mode you can check all required points (with the picofly disconnected).
You should get something between 0.4~0.7v for all points when measuring between the point and ground.

Try removing the crooked capacitor on the left. You only need to connect one capacitor to make it work.

looks like a dead SOC to me, i have random cases of V1 like this cant seem to identify the issue at hand, the capacitors of sp2 will short out and break then sp1 will follow suit. i also had 2153-1540 then it gave up and fail to boot up anymore. it might also show 2153-1542. according to https://www.tronicsfixforum.com/t/2153-1542-error-code/13308/8

its a dead SOC . i have not try poking around more though, i might save this board and get a donor to try SOC reball in future and update back here
