Gaming My sims racing possible warning about flash carts ???

Yesterday i finally bought a DSI and with it i thought id by my sims racing to keep me occupied until my m3i zero arrives

but anyway at closer inspection of the packaging of my sims racing it states
QUOTE"The use of an unlawful device with your Nintendo DS system may render this game unplayable."QUOTE
????

WTF does that mean i presume it means tinkering inside the ds or physical mods but anyone else wondered about this (probably nothing)

EDIT: i just checked some of my old games and they do not include this warning, i wonder why?

lol i didn't think so but i wonder what it means by unlawful device it must mean your dsi might break (unable to play the game) thx anyway guys
