well the thing we could call "bootmii" would be cbhc, although it is not that complex, its function is to boot before everything else, and it can also take you directly to the vwii and the wii u hbl and wii hbc

CBHC has this function to boot in several "modes". Wii u hbl, vwii, vwii hbl, fw.img and system menu.

Due to the fact that we don't have something like a bootmii for the wii u, or a custom bootloader like the switch with hekate, a hardmod is the only way to restore a nand backup. Hardmod means you have to solder. And here it requires experience on a micro basis. I don't know what you want to know anymore.

I'm not annoyed. But I gave you links that you really should read, as they might be of interest to you as well. A hardmod is not necessary as long as you know everything you do with your console. And unless you throw any garbage on your console or edit or delete important system files, you're safe. Don't delete cbhc or format your console if cbhc is installed. That's all. If you plan to sold the console uninstall cbhc before. There is nothing much to know about that.
