Hacking My R4 SDHC is stuck on loading screen!!!

I got a R4 SDHC Dual Core card. When i put it on my DS it shows me the Square Pants game icon and when i push the icon it starts the app but is stuck on loading screen. Its just showing loading. but nothing else. The SD card that i have inside is empty. Can someone help me please?

You have to put the kernel onto the SD.

Can you help me with choosing the correct kernel? I am sorry but I googled it and could not find the correct kernel. If somebody can help me, please tell me witch kernel I should use and how can I install a kernel into my sd card.
