My Pay Pal account has a balance of $0.

I just added a $25 gift card and I only have a balance of $0 .... I bought a $13 item from dealextreme and it worked, but it still says I have a balance of $0. What should i do?

Check your paypal transaction history. Get all your reciepts etc and contact paypal. (call?)

Buy abunch of stuff and hope that it doesnt fix.

I checked my history and it did take $13 out and the status is completed.... I even checked what I had left on my gift card and it was $13 less.

then its like using a credit card

since you didnt take money off it, its not actually in your paypal but rather on your card but paypal allows you to use use the ease of paypal.

sounds dumb but you understand it?

That makes sense. I've never heard of paypal cards before, but i guess that's how it works.

I suppose you might be able to send the remaining money on your card into your account, or a friends account and then they send it back to you.

So your saying that its okay that I have a balance of 0 because I'm useing a gift card and not a bank account? And its still safe and secured?
