you should probably go with a flexible riser card that way you can put it in any way you want and will take up less room
Actually, that's why I said that specifically, you may not need it. That particular graphics card is half-height and may fit better upright than it would on the side lolThanks, I'm well-aware. That's why I went with the riser card, to keep stuff fitting nice. Same with the m.2 SSD vs a Sata one.
+1 for that suggestionyou should probably go with a flexible riser card that way you can put it in any way you want and will take up less room
Outtake fan in the black vent area on top, and an intake fan in the bottom. What's the plan for ventilation? I'd say cut a few more slits for vents on the bottom then put a small fan one one side and a discreet radiator on the other with the mobo on top. OR just go with a slim fan cooler but where is the in that? 750ti on the top vent of course.
You should also see if you can cut out the area that used to house the RCA ports on the side and stick an 80mm fan in there.Outtake fan in the black vent area on top, and an intake fan in the bottom.
I do too, but you'd need to insert something between the video card and the motherboard to make sure they don't short each other outI don't like using hacky solutions like tape and glue. I'd rather mount things with screws, nuts, bolts, etc.
Oh very true, I have a lot of plastic to work with here, so that will be easy to shim.I do too, but you'd need to insert something between the video card and the motherboard to make sure they don't short each other out
True. You do have a lot more room vertically than horizontallyOh very true, I have a lot of plastic to work with here, so that will be easy to shim.

Yes please, and I made sure the z97 chipset supported 32gb of ram... Weird.Hey, are you sure that motherboard supports 32GB of RAM?
Edit: No, it doesn't. It also doesn't support that particular length of m.2 drive that you picked out. Would you like me to generate a new part list for your needs (based on what you've written so far?)
z97 does, but only if there's four slots I believeYes please, and I made sure the z97 chipset supported 32gb of ram... Weird.
I got the feeling it meant 16 total. PCPP also complained at me when I was putting it all into a part list for the heck of it, which is why I asked the question initiallyits not so much the chipset, its more the motherboard bios and being able to support a 16GB stick per slot
https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/Z97I-GAMING-ACK.html#hero-specification
says max supported is 16GB but is that 16GB per slot or 2x 8GB sticks...
So get a simple H110 board and an I5 6500. That does support 32GBOh very tr
