Hardware My 3ds problem

Ok I have a problem with my 3ds,it has a dead pixel near the middle of the top screen.
The answer to that would be go trade it in but then I lose all my streetpass stuff,my diary and my friend list.
The pixel isn't really noticebale only when having a black screen it it is noticable.
Although I have another probelem,when I use the litle joystick on the left side after a while it started "clicking when moved from let say right to left or up to down.
What should you do trade it in or keep it?

You should head back for a replacement seriously. As you have two issues instead of just a dead pixel

if you wait till the may update you can take it back and show them and they can transfer the data
then just swap SD cards and your good to go

or send to ninty and they will do it now for you

ok but the pixel isn't that easy to see and the joystick just makes a slight click feeling.
