Hacking MT-Card Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate not saving

I've noticed MHU is not saving my progress when inserting a header from one of my own games and changing the file to a .zav
Online works fine as I tested with a friend it's just saving does not work.

If I just play with the game with no header then saving works.
I noticed that when saving works the sav file is a large 4 gig file which is not like the normal save file of 3DS games which are less than a MB.

Anyone else having this issue?

If you are playing on emunand with firmware version of 9.5, try playing on an emunand with firmware version of 9.4 or lower

Is anyone else able to successfully make a save file with Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate while having a header inserted to play online?
