Since 8-1-10 I've got this virus. My computer still runs normal and is still fast only my msn messenger screens...
They open up and the close and this happens so fast that you can bearly see. It says so people in my msn screens that:

:P ''and then a url''

So someone told me about it and I did a virus scan it found 2 files

C:\Users\eigenaar\AppData\Local\temp\MDBD79A.exe (3252)memory_004000000
C:\Users\eigenaar\AppData\Local\temp\MDBD79A.exe (3252)

So I told it to delete it: my computer needs to be rebooted so I do that...

And I do another scan and the same things are found!
So I delete them and take my laptop from the internet and reboot...

Now they're gone but as soo as I go on the internet they're back! So I downloaded:
''MSNvirusremover'' from HERE

It worked only my computer needed to reboot.. I did
But it got back...

Bottom line: As soon as i go on the internet it gets back! :S

What do i need to do?

I really can't believe it when I see people falling for these viruses. Generally I type exact phrase into Google and that usually brings about discussions by other people and their experiences on removing the same bug as you.

I had the same thought. I'm pretty sure you willingly have to download and run the infected file also.

What virus scanner are you using OP? A decent one would tell you the exact name and variant of the virus/worm. You could then do further research on a manual removal.

Take it to someone who knows what they are doing.

If like me you have no real knowledge of virus's I think this is your best bet since you could end up doing more harm

Sometimes, it's not even a virus doing it. I've had the same problem before, when I apparently was sending out information on weight loss pills, and how I lost 40lbs (even though I weigh like, 50kg o_o), and I didn't even have a single virus on the whole computer. :/
Try changing your password. It worked for me. :3

You could always try a virus scan in Safe Mode, that way you'll have nothing running but your basic operating system. Should be able to delete anything. If that doesn't work, system restore or format. Sometimes it just gets too bad to fix.

They would always say
'Hey is this you? -link-'

Freaking funny cos you actually have to download a infected program, it even linked you to a fucking Afgani site that said in english 'DOWNLOAD'

Turtle is correct; most, if not all msn viruses are solved simply by changing your password. I get this virus from my contacts every once in a while, and I simply respond telling them to change their password. I've never had an instance where it doesn't work, give it a try.
