any fix to wiimotes that wont sync with geexbox? i tried every single version out and every combination possible of pressing buttons on wiimote while starting etc and my wiimotes still won't sync. geexbox loads fine, i just have no way to use it after it loads.

ntfs is a throwaway feature for me since i'm on mac. but add hfs+ and then we'll talk

dont want to seem like im teaching you to suck eggs but since i was stuck at the very same thing for weeks til i realised what i was doing wrong i just want to make sure. As soon as i got it to work once it then worked every time after.

on mine, the minute i click on the file in hbc (or ive clicked on the forwarder wad and then clicked on whatever the open button is) it changes to like a terminal screen while stuff wizzes bye. i then press '1' and '2' AT THE SAME TIME on the wiimote registered as the first one (might not make a difference but its what i do). i dont press any other buttons then. This has to be whilst that terminal stuff is on screen, not before or after.

when the geexbox menu comes up i then press the down button once. pause. wiimote vibrates. all good. up and down moves surprisingly up and down and right chooses the option whilst left takes you back, a lil like moving through folders.

i'll give that a try thank you. i don't remember a terminal like screen when launching tho. mine goes immediately to the red loading bar. but maybe my memory fails me.

how does geexbox handle aspect ratios? my main beef with ce is that sometimes if a movie is not in a standard 16:9, 4:3 or 2.45 aspect, the movie gets stretched. this only happens with some movies but every time i watch a new movie it leaves me wondering if i'm watching it with correct proportions.
