Hacking Question Moving CFW from Sysnand to Emunand

I bought an used hacked switch - ATM with 512gb Sd card. So, i am pretty noob with no knowledge about hacking and stuff.
I check the system and it display this

I assume previous owner have cfw installed on Emunand.

So here are my question:
- Is it necessary to change from sysnand cfw ro emunand cfw ?

- Can you guys provide in dept guide to change from sysnand cfw to emunand cfw to me ( as i am super noob) and keeping all the game saves ( as i have played for a month now) ?
<I dont have any NAND backup before>
