You'll just have to do it the official way then.
Maybe try putting the Switch closer to the router. It can have pretty bad wifi signal.

Yes, after 5 days i download mario kart 8, and mk11 update is 16 gb

You can, but only for games that have local wifi multiplayer I think. Trying to start local multiplayer with mismatching game versions will cause the Switch to prompt to share the update.

No, all SD card content is console encrypted.

you could buy a usb C to ethernet adapter on amazon for like 10 dollars and then it will be much faster.
