Hacking More Cheats?

How can I get some more cheats for my games? I am using the stock cheats that came with my M3, but they are not very good. How can I make my own or download some more?

If slot 1 u can download newest cheat through rayders sig.

Slot 1. Ok if I use rayders sig can I put whichever cheats I want into some file then put that on my M3 chip? I just need to get better codes and such.

And where can I download this Rayders Sig feature from?
