The FAT is corrupted. Repair your disk with a disk utility.

Back up files, reformat SD Card with Panasonic SD Card formatter. Put files back, and it should work. Report back if it doesn't work.

use the comand chkdsk drive /f on DOS

drive change to the letter of your SD card
this will repair any damaged clusters then Moonshell will boot
