Homebrew Moonshell 2.10

Hey guys:

I got moonshell loaded up. Question is how do I load a video file into it?? I searched around for a thread on this and was unsuccessful in finding one.(I have no doubt that they are here!!! I'm good with a quick explanation or a thread. I'm not sure what type of files it can load up... avi? wmp? mkv?(doubtful) ect...
