doesn't even matter really as IOS202 support is being dropped in exchange for IOS58
Thanks. Just another question. I noticed the new 4xmod packs doesn't have cIOS 224 anymore, is it useless?

quacko said:So I have a situation I would guess is pretty common. I have a wii that was running usb loader just fine. Then a young cousin stuck in super mario galaxy 2 and tried to launch it, clicked through everything and of course updated the system to 4.3. The homebrew channel is still there and functioning, the issue comes that the usb loader doesn't work. Can someone tell me which of these steps I need to do to make the usb loader work again?

stevoal said:Hi I have a wii which has been modded before. Might even have a chip in it. how do I tell?
Basically I have followed Zero's tut and updated the wii to 4.2 and installed darkcorp 1.1 and neogamma Beta9 44. But it wont play Mario Galaxy 2 from disc keeps coming up with dvd error. On my other wii it will play just fine the same disc with darkcorp installed.
So what am I missing?
Working PAL system on 4.2.
How new is the wii? Could have a d32 drive in it, which means no disc games period.
QUOTE(arapozo @ Sep 11 2010, 04:44 AM) One question I guess it does come up a lot of time.
I've just bought a used Wii that already has the Homebrew Channel, but I don't know what cIOS it has installed and it's on 4.1U.
What would be the best procedure to get it up to date?

If I'm looking to re-mod my Wii, because I have a feeling it may fix some issues I'm having, is using this guide going to help in any way?
Keep in mind when I softmodded my Wii a while back, I used this guide. : /
