Hacking Modding 3DS Games

I want to mod a game called Nintendo Pocket Football Club, the problem is that I have no idea how to even start, I have read some threads here, but most of them are about how to install the mods, and not how to do them, which I have been able to make it clear is that I need GodMode, which I already have, the rest of the steps to start extracting the files are not clear to me
