Most people place it onto the metal shield above the CPU/GPU/RAM and everything (but you probably have to remove the big metal shielding plate).
I personally put it onto the battery.
You'd probably have re/move the restart button.

Some people put in on the shield above the RAM, but if requires cutting the shield that you remove to expose the motherboard.

If you are not a friend of cutting shields, you can put it on the actual motherboard shield below the fan.
There are several holes where you can put the cables through.

I saw a trinket m0 setup that this person did good. he got to keep his heat shield intact. he put wires thru the fan holes and other area.
he was able to put his clear purple back shell on. I really like his trinket m0 setup. I will try to get pic of it later.

his trinket m0 was under the fan area like most people have it sitting.

Under the fan where the metal shield for the CPU/GPU is a good spot, most people put it there, daredevil to put it near the battery.

what file do i need to put in the trinket m0?

and i mean if autoRCM is on i dont need to press anything... right?

and you can turn off the console then power it back on while autorcm is on and it will turn on

right?

More important thing is that it will turn off when you turn it off if you use ams.
If you have modchip installed, it will automatically boot once it is in RCM.

yes, some time ago you had an issue where the system did turn on again by itself, but that was solved thanks to atmosphere

What file do i need to flash to the trinket m0 in order to make it boot atmosphere?
Depends. You can use mattys prebuild uf2 files with modified Hekate, or you can flash it your self with any payload you want using arduino.
