ROM Hack [MK7 Help] Infinity Lightning Online

good evening, I wanted to ask you a help on hack mk7, I saw different people online use lightning without limits, but I can not understand how they do, I use File NTR Plugin V2 By DarkFlare (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v = is_H5CkzBJo) and with it the lightning online are not free, but they affect the other players every 15-25 seconds (a sort of Item Limiter) ..
is there another public plugin, or some modification to be made to this plugin?
