Hacking Mirror for R4 English downloads?

I try to download the patches, skins and related software from the R4 English website. But it has been very slow and disconnects very frequently in the last week or so. I am wondering if anyone has a mirror site or torrents for the R4 software downloads? Thank you!

Also, the skin download seems to disappeared from R4 site. Are they included in some other packages?
