The fastest way is to name the disk "disk0.dsk" and put it in /vmac.
If that still doesn't boot make sure it works in the pc version first.

So, when I try to download Oregon Trail from the previously listed site, it never works. I've used Stuffit and Aladdin, and both make three 0 Byte files and one 1kB file. What the heck am I doing wrong?

You gotta use HFV Explorer to copy the sit file to a disk image file then open that in the emulator on your pc. Then extract it within the emulator using stuffit for the mac...f*ck...I ll just upload it

Ok for all those who are having Trouble!!!
Here is Everthing (besides Mini_vMac_DS_R3.zip which you have already downloaded) you need to play Oregon Trail on ya DS
Get it here : http://home.wildit.net.au/hellohelloben/Or...nivmac%20DS.zip
Then do this :
copy minivmac.ini to the root of your card
and the other two files into the folder vmac
(the vmac folder comes with Mini_vMac_DS_R3.zip)

Aww, imageisgone... Noimageforme... I'm gonna stop that, now.

Anyway, I still can't get it to work, because everything you guys have said IS FOR WINDOWS! Can anyone help me for linux, or PM me the finished files, or whatever?

So...I can't get stuffit_expander_40.bin onto my mini vmac boot disk using HFVExplorer. It won't copy when I drag and drop...

EDIT: Got it, but how can you extract .hqx files into a usuable format for the Mini vMac?

Whenever I try to run Oregon (or anything else for that matter) it tells me there is not enough memory even though I have a RAM expansion pack in... Also, I always get to the desktop the first time but after that I have to reload disk0.dsk which is annoying... Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I might do?

Does it detect the Ewin RAM Expansion?
I can't find any way to see how much RAM you got available, and it would be nice to know how much RAM you have to play around with.
(DSTT + GBA/RAM Pak )

I tried using the Ewin expansion pack as a SuperCard (You can use the SuperCard patch to use Opera with the Ewin) and then I tried setting vMac to use the Opera pack which the Ewin can mimic if you hold L and R while starting the loader.
