Probably not possible until someone actually manages to decode the format for console Minecraft worlds.
Because the desktop Minecraft is written in Java, it can be easily reversed, allowing people to see how the PC worlds are created.
Basically, all we need is someone willing to put a lot of time in to finding out how the Wii U world format is structured.
