Get in the van

Ok, Ssssuper told me not to drink milk, but Mario told me the opposite.
I don't know whom to trust.
Scientifically, is it necessary for children (from the age of 2 until maybe teenage years?) to drink milk regularly to help grow strong/ healthy bones? Is there even any research/data about it that hints it could helpful in kids with weak bones/ immune systems? that are needy of its qualities and could benefit from drinking it?Helps bones grow? That's called bone cancer in my book

American diet is trash and there is calcium in milk - it's our main source in our current dietScientifically, is it necessary for children (from the age of 2 until maybe teenage years?) to drink milk regularly to help grow strong/ healthy bones? The general consensus is while we probably don't need to drink milk (im talking animal made), but it doesn't hurt if one does..
I know there's lotsa propaganda surrounding the subject, but there could be some truth there hidden beneath.
Looking forward to your answer!

Milk did nothing wrong, eye witness testimony says if milk didn't kill those babies, they would have killed him firstThis just in.... The van now has painted on the side. "Free Milk"

we are mammals, WE NEED ANIMAL MILK TO DEVELOP A HEALTHY BODY, period.Scientifically, is it necessary for children (from the age of 2 until maybe teenage years?) to drink milk regularly to help grow strong/ healthy bones? It's fine to not drink milk but you're gonna have to really go out of your way to supplement it

The body development happen from -9 months to teenage, you need milk all that time, on youth and adulthood also we need calcium! As babies sure, but if you look at stoneage people before the advent animal husbandry, their bones were just fine
You have to supplement by eating small animals, shellfish and gnawing on bones - or in modern times just eat a yogurt once in a while
Needing calcium isn't the same as needing milk, just sayinThe body development happen from -9 months to teenage, you need milk all that time, on youth and adulthood also we need calcium!
