mig switch needs a patch or a revision that takes express cards Nintendo tweaked how the card slot works just slightly the fact the switch 2 can read the titles from it a big clue that this should work but the cartridge isn't returning a response the switch 2 is expecting i doubt mig will ever work with switch 2 games

So far, we can draw the following conclusions:
On firmware 19.0.0 (without the first day patch), Mig loads games, but they cannot be launched, because the switch requires a firmware update (see photo).
On firmware 20.1.1 (with the first day patch), using Mig gives an error (see photo).

If you bought MIG and if not work with Switch 2, so you can dispute the charge with credit card.

It would be no longer deceptive if MIG admit that flashcart isn't work with Switch 2 and customers need to know.

I know no one needs my additional confirmation but I just tested with known compatible games. They show up on the home screen but do not launch on the latest FW

Just return it if you get a console ban and tell store that Switch 2 don't work anymore.

If nintendo does ban the user here on his switch 2 then theres legal issues if he has all 5 files involved as thats a legal backup. Switch 1 didnt have that issue since it couldnt tell the difference until you run multiple copies. Its legal to backup your games last I checked in most countries.

The usa isnt one of those countries due to our outdated drm laws.

Also let me get this straight in theory the switch 2 can play migswitch if you got past the software detection somehow Im assuming since the day 1 patch is likely checking for a mig switch.
