Hardware Mig Switch on Switch 2

If nintendo does ban the user here on his switch 2 then theres legal issues if he has all 5 files involved as thats a legal backup. Switch 1 didnt have that issue since it couldnt tell the difference until you run multiple copies. Its legal to backup your games last I checked in most countries.

The usa isnt one of those countries due to our outdated drm laws.

Also let me get this straight in theory the switch 2 can play migswitch if you got past the software detection somehow Im assuming since the day 1 patch is likely checking for a mig switch.

it doesnt have to be an illegal action for them to be able to ban your system

Can confirm it's working on FW 20, and Can confirm it throws an error on Switch 2. The title loads and appears on the screen, but when you try to run it, you get a blank screen and an error.

What firmware are you on; I suspect this is firmware 19.0.0?

Looks like the Lotus 3 Key that MIG are using has been blocked, hence why it works on 19.0.0 to load the game but because the emulator is not installed on that version of firmware, it forces you to update to the latest 20.1.1 and then when it detects that key, it says no chance.

I guess they are updating them when you insert SW1 cartridges into SW1/SW2 with the latest firmware.

Fear not I expect this to be fixed fairly soonish; cat and mouse.

We need a video that shows system settings to confirm it is updated to the latest nintendo firmware ( nintendo said switch 1 games won't work unless the firmware is updated to latest ), shows microSD express is used and then tries mig switch usage. All in the same video in a non-cut sequence. Is that a lot to ask ? Thanks in advance.

ok guys game theory time - if it really IS using read/write speeds, then they can use nintendo's (ok its not nintendos but theyre making it popular) tech against them - Express cards! theyre faster. but we need a revision on the Mig Switch to make faster speeds work
