Mh Rise stuck on splash screen (emunand nsp)

I just downloaded the nsp with all the dlc (v. 16.0.0) and when I boot up the game, it's stuck on the splash screen with magnamalo and malzeno. I wonder if anyone knows what is going on.

I'm facing the same issue.
But what I've noticed is that Ver.15 (v1966080) works perfectly fine, and it's only an issue with Ver.16 (v2097152).

So I presume some updates need to catch up with Ver.16 before they can be used. In the meantime you can try downgrading to Ver.15.
