Gaming Metroid Prime Hunters

Ok, i just started metoroid prime hunters and entered the first level, i have gone through the first door then knocked off the lock to the other, now i am screwed. There is heaps of catwalk things and i have no idea where to go... Any help would be greatly appreciated!
